Round Two - Stretches

Stretches are by far the easiest part of the exercise for me - it makes me feel ready to get on the treadmill and after a good run - it relaxes and rejuvenates. But they are also the hardest to get accustomed. Its easy to skip a stretch and make a run to the car since you are running late, or skip it and jump on the treadmill to save a few minutes.

Well, when your baby keeps you up at night or you need to want to watch that movie, you go to bed late and then its hard to wake up in the morning. Yes I am guilty, I skipped four days last week! But I was good with taking the stairs! :) And even better at bringing lunch from home.
So overall not too bad a week. But lets revisit my ground rules, some things need to change

Goal: Get back in shape
Time remaining: 94 days

  1. Lets check the weight one time - I need that extra push, this time around.
  2. Hit the stairs - twice at least
  3. No more gum!! Yes to H2O!
  4. Get a buddy for moral support
Alright, lets hope I do better this week!
